How much is the deposit?
What is the max capacity?
$2000. We will be increasing in the deposit to $2500 for 2027.
The Reception space holds 200 people.
Inside the church and pews holds 100 but we have held 200 people in front of the church
Do we need to purchase insurance?
Yes. You will need 1 Million Event Liability (PAL or Duuo)
We do recommend cancellation insurance but it isn't a must.
What time do events end?
Event must end at 2am.
If you purchased the weekend rental, you are more than welcome to head back to your camp spot and continue your celebrations at a respectable noise level.

What happens if it rains?
We have a couple options. We can move the ceremony into the reception area ( Quonset) OR we can hold it inside the church.
What forms of payment does Maple Dell accept?
We accept e-Transfer, cash, certified bank drafts
How do I reserve a date?
To reserve a date, please email us at brooklyn@mapledellacres.com stating that you are ready to book your specific date if it is still available. We hope you are able to come out in person to visit the venue. You can request a tour, but an in-person tour is not required prior to booking a date. Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Whomever has emailed us first requesting to sign the contract for a specific date will be first in line.

How does the DIY bar work?
The bar is located inside of the quonset. The fridges are yours to fill with whatever beverages you desire. Make sure you purchase a liquor license to cover the entire time of your rental. Small deepfreeze is there to store ice. No corkage fees for alcohol.
What kind of seating is provided?
We have 200 cross back chairs for the reception.

18 church pews if you wish to use them indoors or outdoors.
Is the Bridal suite available for one day events?
Day use of the suite is included in the one day and two day packages if Bride and party choose to get ready onsite. It is available to book overnight for an additional fee if there are no events booked the next day. If you choose the full weekend package, it is included for the weekend.
Where are the closest accommodations?
The closest hotels are located in Innisfail.
We do offer RV parking if guests want to pull in for a night or two.
The cost is $25 per tent/unit and do not have hookups. Please contact us the week of the wedding to arrange payment. You do not need to reserve a spot. There is room for everyone.
Do you host off season weddings?
Our wedding seasons runs from June 1 - October 1. As the reception space is not heated.
Is the venue pet friendly?
If the couple getting married wishes to bring their dog, that is okay with us as long as they stay on a leash and have a designated babysitter. We ask that guests attending the wedding do not bring their dogs. There is a kennel located just down the road from us called Cairdeas Kennel.
The bridal suite is not pet friendly. A lot of blood sweat and tears went into renovating the suite so we want to keep it looking as good as possible for future weddings. Dog hair and wedding dresses are not a good mix.
Do we have to use the vendors on the vendor list?
Our vendor list is just recommendations for awesome vendors we have worked with. You do not have to use the vendors on the list. You are welcome yo bring in whatever vendors you like.
